Does anyone know about the extent of Hodge's input in their collaborations, The Reader Over Your Shoulder and The Long Week-End? They read as if Graves himself is the sole writer. Did Hodge just supply facts or did he play a greater role in the writing process? Any information about how the two worked together would be very much appreciated. Many thanks!
